We offer Same or Next day shipping on most of our networking parts. We offer free shipping by FedEx ground and covers only
the 48 continental US states.
Alaska and Hawaii are not included
in our free shipping policy. If you have any questions on shipping,
need a quote, or simply want your shipment expedited, contact us to
make it happen. Also, if we don't have the equipment you need in
stock (which is very rear), we'll provide you with the lead time
in order to fill your order.
Marci network will replace defective products on a priority basis after we issue an RMA # and guide lines on how to return the product(s), however you have to first submit a Returned Merchandise Authorization form and the product(s) must be in the same shape and condition as when delivered because no refund or credit will be granted for damaged returns.

Marci Network also ships international, however if you would like to have a product shipped internationally, please contact us via e-mail and we'll get you a shipping rate quote. We accept returns for 14 days with an RMA number. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for returned items. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
